Ignition Mail starts with your template. Templates have pre-defined areas designated for content. Templates are extremely flexible. We will start you off with a simple starter template absolutely FREE OF CHARGE.
We also offer a custom template design service. If you already have a designer, that is fine. We will provide special 'tags' that can be placed into the HTML email design by your designer. These 'tags' create some of the magic behind the scenes.
Next is the subscriber list. A subscriber or recipient is a single email address. You can either import your pre–existing email subscriber list (we can help with this) or you can start a new subscriber list from scratch. We will help you build your subscriber list by giving you a special form that you place on your home page or website. This form will allow people to sign–up to your subscriber list. You also have the ability to manually sign-up new subscribers, if for example they have signed a paper subscriber form.
Once you have your template and a subscriber list, you are ready to go! Just update your template with new content and send. You will receive feedback and data almost right away. As soon as your subscribers start opening your newsletter or campaign, information will be sent back to the IgnitionMail system. Log into your account and check out the reports. You can see how many subscribers have opened your email and what links they have clicked on. This feedback is invaluable.

IgnitionMail could not be more simple. We charge a standard delivery and service fee of $29 and 5 cents per subscriber (recipient) on your subscriber list. All prices are in Australian dollars and already include GST.
Let's say you're sending an email newsletter or campaign to a database of 500 subscribers. To send this newsletter, you will be charged the $29 delivery fee plus 5 cents for each subscriber (recipient), $25 in this case. This makes a total of $54.
We even let you try Ignition Mail FREE OF CHARGE, if you send a newsletter or campaign to 5 or fewer subscribers.
Because we believe you will love using IgnitionMail, we will set you up with a simple HTML template FREE OF CHARGE. Your starter template will include your company or organization's logo, contact details and a link to your website if you have one.
If you require something more customized, we can provide you with a quote. Professional HTML newsletter design starts from $420 AUD and includes GST.
Why would I pay to send my email newsletter? Can't I just use Outlook?
This one is easy – for the reports. IgnitionMail provides invaluable feedback and data that you can use for reports, for understanding your audience better or even to help refine your marketing strategy. IgnitionMail also provides you with a sign–up form, perfect to place on your home page!
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. There is no account setup or monthly access fee, which some service providers charge. You only pay for what you use. $29 per campaign delivery fee + 5 cents per subscriber. That's it!
What about GST?
GST is inclusive. We have calculated GST into the delivery fee and per recipient fee. Our international clients will be charged in USD (American dollars). In this case GST will not be calculated into the delivery fee and recipient fee.
How does billing work?
Great question!Depending on certain criteria you will either be billed directly via credit card or you will be sent a monthly invoice for the IgnitionMail service. If your IgnitionMail account is being charged via credit card, then you will be asked to pay just before you send your newsletter or campaign. This is totally safe and secure. If you are billed via monthly invoice, payment is to be made upon receipt. We do not hold monthly accounts. Regardless of the billing method we use, you will only ever pay for what you use. So for example, if you send only 4 campaigns per year, that is fine!
Am I locked into using you guys to design our template?
No, not at all. If you already have a designer, that is fine.
We will provide special 'tags' that can be placed into the HTML email design by your designer.
How is our subscriber list managed?
We provide you, as part of our service, with a subscriber form that you can place on your web page. We will also host your subscriber list as part of our service. However we recommend you keep a backup copy of your subscriber list.
What if I want to stop using IgnitionMail?
For whatever reason you may have for wanting to stop using the IgnitionMail service, you simply export your subscriber list and that's it! We will automatically remove any account that has been inactive for more than 12 months.
Is there someway I can trial IgnitionMail without spending a cent?
